A montage of bondage images that has already been posted as BISH0386 (with close-ups of various portions in BISH0387 – BISH0389) accompanies the story and Merrie details the various disciplines she’s been subjected to. Seen in hindsight, this is obviously an illustration of the female halves of the other couples as they experiment with this “*new* thing”… The copy in this magazine is sepia-toned in different areas, but didn’t enhance the image enough to warrant a new posting.
After finishing the tale of their bondage weekend, the couple invites their friends to try it out with their equipment. One couple has gone missing, leading them to worry about having shocked them, but they soon return to reveal that they have already been playing the same games. (Imagine that! <g>) The results can be seen here, and I may as well quote from the inspired text again:
"Doris’ arms were in rigid wingspread, wrists bound behind her neck and forearms lashed along a single bar from elbow to elbow. A long strap ran across the back of her hips, with the ends drawn forward about her sides to go back between her legs and up to the ends of the forearm-bar. Dave had tightened them severely, making Doris rear her hips back brazenly and arch her chest outward, throwing her heavy, pear-shaped breasts forward in wanton exhibition.
Her legs were demandingly disciplined by two eight-inch hamperbars, one between her ankle cuffs and the other between cuffs about her big toes. …
Then Peter looked again at the way she was leashed. His jaw dropped. It was a breast-leash, all right, but not the kind he was used to seeing. This one was anchored to two small rings of stainless steel that actually passed through her breast-flesh, one directly behind each nipple.”
As you might expect, Bishop’s art is as inspired as the writing.

"Hogtie" 2/9 also contains a story by "Nob", one of HOM’s more talented writers. "Revelation of Restrictive Relations" details the results of an upper class couple’s revelation of the "joys of bondage" to their friends at a private party. Of course, everyone is fascinated by the idea, and each couple comes up with their own bondage scenes. Almost immediately, and instant Bondage Society is formed!
This is the first illustration for the story. It’s superbly done, and the related text is so spectacular I can’t resist quoting it at length:
"The voluptuous, raven-haired Merrie moved with stately smoothness in snug-laced boots that reached to mid-thigh and whose high, stiletto heels held her dainty feet almost in pirouette. Heavy steel cuffs encircled her trim ankles, and twelve inches of strong chain between them ensured that her steps would be quick and graceful.
A broad, sculpted belt of glossy leather cinched her waist in to fantastic slenderness, exaggerating the creamy curve of her supple hips. Above it, her high, incredibly full breasts jutted forth unencumbered. Ripe, distended nipples rode proudly at their tips, scarcely quivering as she moved.
The lush firmness of her bosoms was enhanced by arm-bondage that drew her shoulders back severely. Caught in a tight-strapped forearm sheath, her elbows were forced against each other in the center of her back and her forearms were squeezed together so that her gloved hands hung palm-to-palm against her derriere.
From the lower edge of her belt, anchored about a foot apart, two narrow straps passed tautly back between her thighs, leaving her *mons veneris* and lovelips fully exposed. They joined in the deep cleft between her velvety buttocks and then were knotted at her leather-bound wrists, holding them tight against her fanny and reinforcing her rigid posture.
Topping off her bizarre outfit, Merrie wore a high steel collar to which was attached the long leash that Peter used to lead her. As the guests cleared a path for their host and hostess, he jerked on the leash and she obediently quickened her mincing steps. The tap-tap-tapping of her heels and the muted jangle of her ankle-chain seemed to hypnotize the others. There was complete silence by the time both were standing on the dias.
Peter held up one hand and spoke first, “As you can see, my friends, my lovely Merrie is in bondage.”
"And I *love* it!" she added firmly, stepping to the front of the dias. She raised her chin defiantly and spread her long, shapely legs as far apart as the hobble would allow."
… I *want* one of *those*!!! ‘Scuse me, I need a cold shower after just reading the intro. to the story! <g>

The art here illustrates the letters column. It shows a busty slave leaning over a typewriter, her blouse clinging tightly to her breasts. She leans over the machine because her hands have been tied behind her back at the waist; she can only type with the rod attached to the front of the broad leather gag strap covering the bottom half of her face.
This illustration was also used for some HOM form letters in the past.

Another new illustration appeared as the introductory artwork for this issue’s installment of “House of Bondage”. A woman clothed and bound by red latex stands in the dungeon of the “House”. Her stiletto heeled thigh boots are so polished that they reflect the shadows in the room. Her arms are in separate sleeves, joined at the wrists behind her back. A short spreader bar between her ankles is tied off to an anchor in the floor, keeping her from running away. A matching red leather gag strap pulls deeply between her lips.

Sorry, but no. There I have only the material collected by Hunter Rose, which has already been posted. After posting all Bishop scans from the HR archive, I will post better scans of the pages from the Fanny Hall comics, but this is not what you are looking for, I suppose. Thanks for your appreciation.

Another letter column “filler” illustration shows a woman suspended against a beam set in the floor. Her arms are drawn behind her and around the beam; cuffs to her elbows are tied to hangers on the beam to hang her above the floor. Her ankles are crossed and tied, and a spreader bar between her knees keeps her booted legs from reaching the ground to support her. A web of rope surrounds her body, cutting through her breasts and crotch. A shadowy hooded figure reaches from behind her to tease a breast with one hand, while holding out a feather with the other to threaten the other breast. A ball gag keeps her cries (or moans) from leaving the room.

The inside cover art for “Bound to Please” volume 2, number 7: A woman’s arms are crossed and laced into a single latex tube that acts as a sleeve for them both. Her wrists, at the center of her back, are drawn up toward her neck by a belt attached to a strap around her neck. A gag harness covers her face, holding a ball in her mouth, and keeping her blindfolded.
The same letter column illustration I skipped before also appears in this magazine. Don’t worry, you’ll see it eventually…

The artwork inside the back cover is an honest-and-truly never seen before item: it shows a naked captive from the rear as she sprawls on the floor of a padded room. Her arms are trapped behind her back in cylindrical sleeves which are linked together above her elbows and at the tips of the sleeves. Her legs are covered with latex sheathes, leaving her feet bare. A ball gag muffles her cries, unnecessary in the soundproofed room, but an essential part of her teaching her that she is truly helpless…
(I find the arm sleeves in this painting somewhat disturbing; her arms must be uncommonly thin to avoid having her elbows and hands crushed by the restraints - either that, or Bishop goofed (!) in his proportions. It happens even to the masters, I guess.)
