This drawing starts a series of illustrations from a story titled, “A Restrained Romance” which appeared in an issue of “Hogtie”. In said story, our hero, addressed once as “Master” and many times as “Boss”, keeps his voluptuous slave “Nancy” in bondage and an extreme state of arousal for an entire weekend.
Here, “Boss” and Nancy stand in the tall grass of his estate. Nancy is naked except for her bondage, a leather body harness that straps to her elbows and wrists are fastened to. No body harness would be complete without a crotch strap, and no bondage without a gag. Nancy is silenced by a plug gag held in place by a broad leather strap.

This is another letter column illustration. A woman clad only in her bra, panties, and heels glares at her kidnapper has he finishes tieing her knees together. She is propped against a wall, unable to fight due to the ropes already holding her arms tied together behind her back. A whiffle ball is held in her mouth by a gag strap, obscuring her no doubt angry protests.

Another installment of “House of Bondage” is accompanied by this artwork. A woman virtually clothed in skeins of rope looks anxiously at the dungeon door that her captor holds forth the key to.

This one accompanies another letter column, probably from an issue of “Hogtie”. A long legged blonde, uh, stands next to a post. Actually, she straddles it with her body leaned forward to allow her neck and arms to be lashed to the pole. Her arms are bound extensively in rope, and several strands run tightly around her breasts. Tethers to her ankles keep her legs in place in their stiletto heels. A leather strap covers her mouth and her eyes register shock over (or is it under?) it. Her skirt has been taken from her, leaving a generous view of her strong legs.

This image shows the better half of the other couple, hobbling along in special shoes which have “heels” on the points of the toes; her feet are tied into them to force her to walk along on the tips of her toes. A modest body harness runs through her crotch to arouse her interest; her arms are strapped into brackets that hold them bent out of the way so she cannot attend herself.

We discover that the boots are indeed knee length, and the only thing the woman is wearing, other than a collar and some rope. She stands rather sheepishly in front of her husband, waiting for whatever tricks he’s going to pull. Her lips and nipples have been colored in, and I lacked the skill to edit it out of the scanned image.

This issue of “Hogtie” included a short story titled “Monday Night Game”. Accompanied by several Bishop illustrations, the story relates the sex-play two couples engage in together every week. This is the first of these, showing a man’s hands finishing buckling a padded cuff around one of his wife’s ankles. The other ankle is already cuffed, and a chain runs between the two. She’s wearing nicely high-heeled boots, but her dress keeps us from seeing how high they go up her legs.

Inside cover artwork for “Hogtie” volume 2, number 10. A rather busty blonde drools slightly over her ball gag as she looks out at the reader. She wears a nose ring, and straps over her shoulders to hold whatever restraints she is in in place. Nicely done!

This drawing accompanies a letter to one of the HOM magazines. The writer tells of discovering that his daughter was into bondage as he and his wife were. As the years passed, they shared their knowledge of B&D gear, and the writer described one of her more elaborate outfits, custom made. He included a sketch with the plea that Bishop render it in his own style, and he *did*.
A blonde’s long flowing hair is gathered up into a pig tail and droops down behind her. She wears a body sheath the runs from her breasts down to her toes, trapping her legs in a single sheath that is placed into a single platform shoe with a stiletto heel. Her arms are bound in a single sleeve behind her, and a latex mask holds a pump gag and a padded blindfold over her face.
